This is the worse transportation company. My 80 year old mom needs to travel with them twice a week, and every time they make her wait an hour or more from their supposed/scheduled arrival time. They are constantly late. I've been dealing with this issue with them for over a year now with no positive outcome. Spoken to several supervisors, and nobody seems to care. Very unprofessional, and plain upsetting.

STOP...Don't do it, do not use this company for transport. They are horrible, We hired them to transport our 83 year old mom from Kendall to Mt. Sinai for a doctors appoint since she recently had a below the knee amputation and we couldn't put her in our car. The cost $288.00 and the service was the worse I've encountered in a long time. They were scheduled to pick her up at 11:30 they made a mistake so they showed up at 12:07 PM. We were done with the doctor at 1:15 PM. We called from the doctors office they gave us a 1 to 1.5 hour ETA. My 83 year old mom, is diabetic was tired and restless so I called for an ETA at 2:40 PM. The young lady that answered the phone informed me that the request was never entered in the system so our driver would arrive around 4:30 PM. I was furious and requested to speak to a supervisor after a long time on hold I finally spoke to Albert the supervisor. I explained my situation to him and after begging him he was able to shift a driver around to pick up my mom. At 10 minutes to 4:00 PM a driver showed up. Again, STOP don't do it, you and your loved one will be miserable if you hire this company. They are all about the money, they don't care if the elderly have to wait 2 or more hours for pick up. I hope they go out of business soon, I'll definitely not recommend them

If I could give this place no stars I would, since google doesn't allow that let me explain all the ways this company sucks gentleman sausage. Firstly most if not all of their drivers exclusively speak Spanish, the passengers must commence in this weird game of charades if they aren't fluent. It gets even worse from there. They're severally understaffed! At least I'm assuming this must be the case since they take a minimum of two hours to complete any transport. Seriously if you have any other forms of transport take it I beg you.
