I have just completed a major upgrade to the Avionics in my Piper Saratoga. I purchased the plane in October being an avid technology geek as well as looking for help in safe flying I decided on the upgrade. I was introduced to Alca by Felipe Santiago owner of the Aviator Zone Flight School. Together we met with Rodolfo owner of ALCA and mapped out what I wanted and what was viable, this was in December and work started in February. Communication through out the process was incredible and of course a lot of changes occurred throughoyt the process. I flew the plane Saturday and Sunday and as with any change there are glitches. I took the plane back to ALCA today and the team quickly trouble shooted the glitches. Rodolfo, my safety pilot, Luis an Alca team member and myself took a test flight and all worked to PERFECTION. To say that I am pleased is an uderstatement I AM ECSTATIC AND DO NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND ALCA, ROFOLFO AND HIS TEAM. I not only Thank Rodolfo but my advisors through the process Felipe Santiago Aviator Zone Owner, Marianella Ballesteros Aviator Zone Safety Pilot and my great friend and Safety Pilot Victor Lazo. I visited ALCA Avionics for a persistent intermittent static issue with my 4 place intercom system on my Grumman Tiger. Rudy Campo, the owner, and his son, young Rudy, went to work on it right away. Because it was an intermittent problem, the first try did not solve the problem. Young Rudy was relentless and he found the problem as he promised he would. They had the problem solved and I was back with a solid intercom in no time! The price was very reasonable and I am quite pleased with ALCA Avionics. I highly recommend ALCA. Bill S. Miami, FL
