They are irresponsible!!! I paid them half of the work, they told me they would go and fix the plumbing problem, the day came and no one showed up!!! Their response was that we contacted the construction department, so that they can confirm an appointment if they are not going to comply!!! Very bad service

I used this Company years ago (back in 2012-13, can't remember exactly), and I called again recently to fix a mistake I made while DIY the installation of a minisplit unit. I thought I covered all the basics following YouTube videos, but the unit started failing a few months after my installation. The technician that came to my house not only, checked over the system and ended up finding a leak, but took the time to listen to me and pointed out my possible mistake and allowed me to see -and explained - every single step as he was performing the job. He fixed the leak, tested the system -pressurizing with Nitrogen three times for some time-, pulled vacuum every time, and charged with a new refrigerant the system. With that level of professionalism I don't expect any future problems, but as a technician myself (just different discipline) I know that things could happen, parts fails, components get fried by lightning. Would I call this company again -even if my system would fail- for their services, ABSOLUTELY!!. As a tinkerer myself, it's a pleasure to watch and learn from a good technician. And if on top of that you get a customer service follow up text/call, How could you not rate a 5 Star your experience.

I am a Realtor, I have been trying to have Raircon to replace an A/C system for one of my clients unit at 5600 Condo. Client signed Raircon quote, filled out paperworks including city permit and Condo package, client wants to move on with Raircon quote but Karel, a dispatcher in this company does not respond to me on a timely manner, he does not move on with the process, its taking forever, no professionalism, no follow up, tenant complains etc Cant reach out to anyone in this company, not even a manager, I have been left alone, not serious at all!! I will remove this review if you contact me today! Services: A/C system maintenance, Install AC
