I want to give high praise to Ethan Wall and his team. I care immensely about my Firm's reputation, but I do not have sufficient time to dedicate to marketing. It was hard for me to find a marketing firm that I could trust to uphold my standards. From the first conversation with Ethan through the present, he has been phenomenal. I've been working with Ethan for a few months now and I have to say I am a huge fan already! I've been trying to get my firm's rebranding, social media and marketing plan started for some time and was getting frustrated with the amount of stuff I just don't know. Ethan immediately put my mind at ease and clearly told me his step-by-step plan to get my marketing plan in shape and implemented. Aside from being highly skilled in all marketing needs- from SEO/SEM, the inner workings of Google, to Social Media, out of the box ideas, and reputation management, website and social media campaigns, what separates this company from any other is the outstanding customer service. Their suggestions and recommendations came from a place of understanding for our firm’s individual needs, however, they provided transparency every step of the way. Not only did they create an outstanding new website but they also made sure the embedded information continues to run seamlessly with Google as well.
