If I could give them no stars, i would. My own doctor office said they don't know what they're doing. The send statements with no validity to them and every time you request they do their research, they send a new one with older charges on it. This time when i called the young lady had a nasty attitude and actually hung up on me. I tried to tell her i have receipts of payments and EOB's but she said she needed to speak first. Good luck getting a resolution from this place.
