O stars, first they gave our reservation away, so we had to take a room with a sofabed, then the sofabed had one sheet and no pillows or blanket, we asked for blankets and pillows but the hotel manager said housekeeping left for the day and I don't have the keys to the storage room haha this place is a joke.

Rooms were nice, big, and clean. Pool was nice. Shuttle to and from the airport and a bus to the cruise terminal are complementary. Breakfast was ok but free. One frustrating thing is the on-site laundry. It's coin operated and there is no coin machine. The front desk does not have quarters and none of the nearby gas stations will make change for you. It's $2 per load for the washer and $2 for the dryer so you need a lot of quarters. Also, the dryer vent must be clogged because the clothes were still damp after 2 rounds. On the plus side, I realized that the pop machines act as a substitute coin machine...
