        I ordered 2 motors, paid for 1-4 day shipping. No confirmation. No tracking. It's been 7 days. They got paid and I have yet to see the motors. I think I got had. $350 learning curve on my part.

        I have had a great experience with Parts Madness. Im not usually one to ever write a review. I ordered a part and it was shipped on the same day as ordered. As it turned out I didnt need the part. I notified Parts Madness of my need to cancel. They intervened the shipped package then promptly refunded my credit card all in less than 24 hours!!! Awesome customer service!!! They kept in touch with me through the whole process by email and text. Props to PM!!!
