Im very happy having the opportunity to get this apartment. I have been living here almost 4 yrs & I love the new upgrade they have done with these Apts. I hope that the tenants will take care of the property & appreciate what they have done to it, by making it nice & comfortable living for all! So when visitors come they can see we are proud of our location Thx u Emerald Dunes/Fairchild for great job!

I continue to love my stay here at emerald dunes, the place is well kept and your issues are fixed in an instant. I wouldnt want to live nowhere else. The staff is top-notch, especially the Leasing manager, Sherleen. She is very helpful, kind and does her job in an efficient way.

I absolutely adore this place. It is very tidy, everything is always well kept and the staff couldnt be better. The assistant manager, Sherleen is an absolute pleasure to deal with it, she is very helpful, informative, understanding and efficient. One of the best people around. As well as the maintenance technician, Roberto. Who fixes anything you need in a timely manner and goes above and beyond.
