Nomi Health (Location Closed)

People who do tests are real friendly. Thank Did the rapid test 5 days ago, stil no result. What’s the point?

Myself and my family went to a Nomi testing site and we were “in and out” in less than 15 minutes. But here we are 4/5 days later still nothing. So I called and spoke with someone and was told our results are still pending. This is crazy I have missed a week of work and my child has missed a week of school. This is aggravating and I can’t find a cvs close to me or in a 33 mile radius that has any availability for testing. I totally get the reviews.

This company is not ready to deal with a health crisis. Minimum staffing at large testing centers leading to long wait times (greater then 4 hours). Promises of test results within 48 hours and 96 hours later still no test results. Called their help line twice and requested emails documenting testing delays to give employer to which they promised they would do and never did. Obviously, this company is getting paid even though it has done NOTHING to stem the COVID outbreak. As healthcare professionals, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have been waiting for my “rapid” results for 4 days. Do not use this company to get tested.
