Avoid. Just simply avoid. The place screams "Rip Off the Tourists". High prices, bland tastes, mediocre service, small portions - plus completely lacking Italian warmth and conviviality you find in the real Italian restaurants of South Beach. The restaurant itself is not clean, and interaction with the staff ranges from rude and unfriendly to maybe disinterested.

Quattro is still one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Miami. Nothing can beat fresh made pasta and my all time favorite are the tuna tartar and the octopus !!!
