Nice and clean hotel right on the beach. The service is really good, everyone is so friendly. Delisa at the front desk is amazing, we felt welcome from the first minute. We had a great stay, we will definitely be back.

Amazing location and environment. Spacious, comfortable, and cozy Hotel. There are many restaurants in short distance availability. The luxurious swimming pool area is incredible. We didn't want to leave it, and we were there at a maximum of our rest. Thank you, personnel, for your job to make our enjoyment high.

The rooms, hotel, view, and location were all exquisite. On the other hand, the service.. especially including the people who worked at the front desk were not very pleasant. They all had horrible attitudes the entire time. Luckily when you stay here you dont run into needing them much. They also never answer the phone I spent about a hour or two out of my day calling and no one has answered. It has also been two weeks and I still havent received my deposit back that I put on my room. So many frustrating things but the hotel aspect and stay were fine. The workers are really all I could complain about. It takes a lot for me to complain but I just ran into so many issues with them.

My experience is terrible and pathetic: 1. When I called the front desk from my room for almost 30 minutes continuously at 8 am in the morning and none received the phone, I went to them physically. Then the lady in the front desk was so rude and offensive "we are very busy during spring break, I cannot receive all the calls." 2. There is no microwave in the hotel, nor even in the common space. When I asked them a support to warm up my kid's food, they even regretted support from their kitchen. 3. During breakfast, when I requested hot milk for my kid, they mixed lot of hot water with the cold milk and provided that instead of making the milk hot. 4. On the day of check out, my flight was early in the morning. When I requested them whether they are able to provide some early to-go breakfast for my kid, they said they cannot do anything before 7 am. 5. In the room, they provided a coffee maker which has a kind of chinese/asian plug, not the one that fits into US plug. That could not be inserted in the US plug system. 6. The elevators are old and remain dysfunctional most of the time. 7. The rooms are very small, bathroom can hardly be used, so small, closets and curtains are old and dirty. The bedcovers and the comforter were torn and worn out. The ironing board is so small that you cannot press a short-pant on that board. 8. Seeing the behavior of the staffs, I would say the whole team is probably demotivated to provide service to the customers
