Very unfriendly bike rental experience Weird, dry, and unfriendly is how I would rate the workers at this location.

Book The Tour they canceled it and didn't bother to tell us.. Rented bikes..anyway a mile down the street the crank fell off.. When we returned the bikes, no Smiles, no thank yous, burned out workers ....I'd rent from somewhere else if you can..

We had a great time dorking it up on segways and really couldnt stop smiling. Gabriel, our guide, was great- 5 stars. The only downside was we waited 40 minutes for some late guests.

!!!!!! Worst experience ever extremely unfriendly and rude. We had a online reservation and had already payed for bikes for 24h.. he wanted to give us the bike just for two hours. We were very discourteously thrown out of the shop and didnt get our money back !!!!!!!!

A bike rental is a great way to see the town while having the freedom to stop and explore and avoid the spring break traffic. We rented five e-bikes and had a great time until one of them stopped working. I called to ask for help but unfortunately there were not enough people in the shop for someone to come and assist. Being pretty easy going I can understand that but they didn't really have any suggestions either. The bike could not be ridden and thankfully it didn't stop working on one of the many busy roads! I was a good two miles away and ended up having my family ride back to the shop while I pushed my bike back. Once I got back, all tired and sweaty, all I was told was "sorry, email the owner and she'll refund your money." I have since done that twice and haven't heard a peep.
