Definitely a well-deserved vacation with my family here. Our rooms are well maintained, clean, comfortable, and stylish. It is also an advantage to have nearby restaurants and other interesting spots allowing for great convenience! I particularly enjoyed using the pool with the jacuzzi and the overall luxurious vibes. We will definitely come back here soon, possibly for a longer duration.

The hotel is very near the amazing beach and the rooms are very clean and stylish. We also appreciate the warm welcome and accommodating staff who helped us get comfortable in our room during our entire stay. Aside from that, the balcony is beautiful and there is even a pool with a jacuzzi that we enjoyed a couple of times. We would have stayed longer if we do not need to go back to work but definitely we will be back!

Disappointed to have booked this place. I booked this hotel for a 1wk getaway and saw it recommend on Chase Travel Rewards. It looked great and my points would go a long way. The pictures of the property were extremely nice and we booked a 1 bedroom suite. We arrived into town a few hours before checkin (4pm) and I placed a call to the hotel to see if they could accommodate an early checkin since we had a 1yr old baby traveling. The phone rang and rang and I called over and over. These guys just do not pick up their phones. Finally after calling at least 10x I got someone to pick up and they said unfortunately they cannot permit early check in. I understood and we moved on. Upon checkin later that evening we were greeted kindly by the front desk. We entered our room and it was shredded. Furniture had holes. The bedsheets had several brown marks. The walk in shower had mold on the ground. The marble tiles in the room had multiple spots of residue. The white walls were all marked up. This place needs a refurbishing. It is overdue. The front desk was understanding that I was not happy with the room and permitted me to checkout. We did. I called Chase Rewards and they notified me that Chase has to speak to a manager on site prior to giving a full refund to me. I was on the hook for a 6 night stay at this time. I called the front desk from my cell and they said just have Chase reach out and they will handle everything. I was so gracious and relieved. I placed a call back to Chase and we tried to call the front desk and it rang and rang. Chase said that they will not be able to keep calling and for me to call Chase back once the front desk is available. So I called the front desk and now my calls rang and rang. I called for 15mins straight. Then I used my wife’s phone and Boulan front desk picks up right away. Once they knew it was me they hung up on me. I called again from my wife’s phone and they would not pick up again. This feels like a movie. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism. Here I am taking a vacation and I am on the phone chasing Boulan for 2.5hrs. Finally I was so fed up I packed my car and I drove to Miami Beach and walked into the Boulan hotel. The front desk had 3 employees discussing something. 3! I mentioned who I was and they said. Of course just have Chase reach out to us and we will take care of it. I said well, we have been calling for nearly 3hrs and you guys are impossible to get a hold of. So I literally had Chase on the phone and asked Chase to call and asked the Manager to take the call. What a nightmare. I thankfully got my refund but this was the precipice of unprofessionalism. I will never stay here nor any of my family or friends. It’s not worth it at all.
