Teresa's Beach Homes

My family has vacationed on Cape San Blas two times. September of 2020 during our "Covid getaway" and again in May of 2022. We rented the Aloha house both trips. Teresa and Terri are top notch providing good communication, beautiful clean homes, and a very reasonable deposit. I'm sad that Aloha house will no longer be with them after this year. But we will definitely use them again to find a different home for our vacation! Cape San Blas is amazing and the shore fishing is a blast!

We had a wonderful stay at the Knotty Pelican! The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We had one small issue that was resolved immediately. I called the number on our contract and reached Teresa in person. She was very friendly! The microwave didn't work when we arrived and they installed a brand new one the very next morning. I will definitely stay with Teresa's Beach Homes again😁

Amazing! I love how everything was made clear, up front, in our rental agreement. Our family vacation was great! As it always is. Oak Rest Barn was just the icing on the cake. Location, location, location for sure. The private beach area it offers was the cherry on top. I highly recommend you to treat yourself and family to a week of pure delight. We will most definitely use Teresa’s Beach Homes again & again.

This is our third stay with Teresa’s Beach Homes, second time in Avalon. Avalon is a beautiful 4 story home with a private pool and gorgeous views of the ocean. It had everything we needed and then some. Our two pups enjoyed the beach and the elevator was very helpful since one of our babies has arthritis really bad and stairs are difficult for her. Teresas Beach Homes care about their homes and the Cape and everything was immaculate. I wish we could come and stay in one of their homes every year. Our week was very relaxing and it was pure bliss to walk our dogs on the beach every evening.
