        We had an amazing experience with Outlaw Marine who went well beyond normal customer service, and for a small sale for them. It started on eBay where they had the exact Bimini top we needed for sale and they did quick turnaround (we had family arriving) and then helped us problem solve (over phone Texas to Florida) other problems we had with the Bimini frame. I can’t imagine the customer service one would get with a larger transaction! Thank you!

        Very poor customer service! Been waiting 2 weeks for these bozos to show up to repair my boat. They have not shown up when they said they would on 4 separate occasions. Very disappointing and frankly their behavior is disrespectful.
