Do not give this horrible woman a single dime of your money. She is so very rude! I went into this store yesterday to look for a homecoming dress for my daughter. When we walked in we were told immediately, by the owner, that they closed in 10 minutes and that their dressing rooms were already closed. How do you close a dressing room? I was shocked at what I was hearing. I said to the owner "So if we find a dress in 10 minutes we can't buy it?" and was told that we should come back when we have more time. My daughters dance was in two days, her original dress she was going to wear ended up not working out and we had very little time to find a new one. I walkeed out completely shocked and feeling like a piece of trash becasue of the way this woman treated me and my daughter. Keep in mind this woman OWNS the place. I went down the street to her competition, Merediths Bridal. We walked in, were greated very nicely, found a dress, tried it on, loved it and bought it - all in 10 minutes! I guess Isabella's doesn't need my $230. Nor do they need the money I will be spending on a few months on a prom dress or the money I will be spending on my other daughters dresses over the next three years. I wouldn't walk into this store ever again and I will do everything I can to make sure I stop as many other people from shopping there too. Who does this woman think she is to treat people so badly and make them feel inferior to her? No wonder they no longer sell wedding dresses and our down sizing to hald the store they currently have. Daddy needs to take this business away from his daughter and make her live in the real world if he wants any chance at saving this business from her. Ask around. Read more reviews. She treats people like this every day. What a horrible woman. Karma will take care of her.

I went into the store on a dead day, with maybe one customer in the whole store. I went in with my two adult children. I met a rude sales person named Carmen, who was to be bothered that i asked her to help me find a dress for my birthday celebration. I left and was promised a phone call. Well, I had to not only call her three times, but i had to call her to give her a style of a dress that i fell in love with. She did call me back, two days later, with a style number that i couldnt find on the website. I called the store three different times and spoke to two different woman, Carmen was not there so no one bothered to ask me if they could help me. It was evident that they were not to be bothered with another sales persons customer. I pleaded with them, just to peek in my file for any additional help to find this dress online, so that i could order it through the store. Well, Carmen was to be in the shop at 11:00am the next morning, no phone call well it was around 4pm I had to call her only to have her tell me she " didn't have a chance to get back to me" what a way to run a business.. no wonder Auroras bridal was booming when i went in there to find a dress.. my six girlfriends all bought dresses there, with smiles, and a caring attitude. DO NOT GO INTO ISABELLAS. GO TO AURORA BRIDAL,where they actually care.
