Richard, the owner, is a crook. Took my Dad's entire train collection but never paid me what was agreed. Went to BBB, ect, but he never paid the full amount. Never do business with All About Toy Trains.

I would give it no stars but it won't let me post without at least one star. Did a pre-order for the Lionel Legacy S1 and South Winds Passenger cars back in July 2020. Expected delivery was June 30, 2021. Never received items. Was told on November 9, 2021 to give them a few more weeks. Got of the phone and got an email shortly after our conversation saying my order was canceled and money was refunded. Called customer service and was told it was a mistake and to take the refund and call it even. Waited a few days but no refund. Spoke with customer service the following week and was told "The order was refunded it is out of my hands." Here it is December 1, 2021 and I have not received my refund. Apparently this company is having money issues and is scamming people to cover their losses due to COVID-19. STAY AWAY!! This company stole $2379.99 from me. If they try to say they gave a refund in the rebuttal to this post it is a lie! Do not support this business! Scam artists!
