Extra Space Storage

This location was bought by a third party (Midgard), they don't have a phone, didn't notify tenants, didn't get recurring payment information from Extra Space, and Extra Space phone support seems unaware of the change in ownership.

Using Extra Space storage was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. To begin, facilities are new, clean, and convenient. I personally only needed a 5x5 climate controlled unit, but there are plenty of options for anyone’s needs. John, the manager, greeted me at the door, was extremely professional, friendly, and made sure to answer all of my questions before I left. Signing the release and the whole process in general was not rushed and John explained each step and section to me. I had a great experience and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

The facility is very nice and clean facility. They have one month free special and very affordable prices. The customer service is superb. John Shenk, Store Manager, is very professional and excellent customer skills. Thank you John for all your help.
