It has been my pleasure to live at Stonewood Townhomes for almost 4 years. Ive lived in more than a few rental properties in my time. This review is not staged, its not from an employee. Its from a honest to goodness resident who wants to thank people who make my life much simpler and more happy. This place is the first place that I can call home. Think about that statement when youre looking for your own place. Its a small-enough neighborhood so that you can get to know your neighbors if youre so inclined. Its big enough to be a substantial operation with corporates headquarters, which means its run by a professional company who abide by code enforcement standards. My happiness with my place comes in no small part to the amazing staff who are responsible for the daily running of the complex. Ms. Debbe the manager and Ms. Dee, her co-manager, are sweet-natured and tenet-focused. They make up the office staff. Ive never had a problem that they couldnt handle, literally in minutes. They will greet you when you come with their amazing smiles! The maintenance engineer , Mr. EZ, is the best man at his job that I have ever seen. Thats a completely honest statement, not an idle compliment. There is literally nothing this man cannot fix. If the problem is too large in magnitude, EZ will quickly summon appropriate help, but, honestly, there have been so few times that he needed to, I cant remember them! He is so friendly and personable, its a nice treat to have him come fix your little glitch. If youre looking for a home, this is a very good place to start. It was a wise choice for me. Im happy here as a widowed sixty year old.

Overall very pleasant place to live. As a previous homeowner it's nice to have the security of a clean, quiet, safe place to live. No taxes and you don't have to deal with repairs!! The maintenance man, EZ, is quick to respond even to the smallest request. Office staff, Debbie and Dana are fantastic, friendly and helpful. They allow pets, so I was very happy I could bring my dog; they have a doggie park and common green areas so your pet can get exercise. The complex is very clean and well maintained; mature landscaping plus you can garden in your own little spot! Located between Hwy1 and Babcock, it's conveniently located to everything! Florida Tech is right down the street and bus routes on the corner. Lots of delivery options too. Melbourne Beach takes about 15 minutes to get there (no numbered parking) but it doesn't seem to be much of a problem as there are lots of extra spaces Your rent increases every single year 2/15/2024 New review: Every little problem that I might run into, EZ right there!
