We have consistently had the best experiences at Dean Stewart Photography, and our recent visit was no exception! My daughter, who was home on leave, needed updated headshots in her dress uniform, and the team at DSP went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Sam, our photographer, was not only prompt in welcoming us at the door but also displayed a friendly and engaging demeanor throughout the entire session. His creativity and charm made the experience enjoyable, and it was evident that he was passionate about his craft. The front desk receptionist efficiently checked us in, ensuring a smooth and quick process. Both Sam and the receptionist contributed to the overall pleasant and welcoming atmosphere at DSP. Although they have done good pictures in the past, my grandson's pictures were terrible. You know, the photographer can see it when they're taking it as they are digital, but they hurry along, and don't take the time to look at it and do a second picture. They just go go as fast as they can. So when I tried to get a retake at the studio because he had a required school activity he had to go to the day of retakes, they wouldn't fit me in. I'm thoroughly disappointed. It's a high school picture and it's just awful. It'd be different and cute if he was an elementary school but it's a high school picture. I'm very frustrated and unhappy. I suppose this review will never be publicized
