    WHAT happened to a ONCE GREAT Pharmacy & the friendly Customer Service oriented staff that I've APPRECIATED as a customer for YEARS In FACT, I remember giving them a '5 star' rating a few yrs ago but after TODAY I'd give it ZERO stars if I could! The NEW Staff member, Courtney (new to ME anyway) that I encountered on 9/5/23 & 9/6/23 was beyond RUDE as well as SHORT over the ph & was obviously ANNOYED when I asked a question regarding a NEEDED refill that I was JUST TOLD is on BACKORDER & HAS been for the PAST 2 WEEKS (I was NEVER informed of a BACKORDER ahead of time). Even my husband couldn't believe how RUDE/ANNOYED & SHORT Courtney was over my speaker ph! When I went in to pick up my other scripts, AGAIN she was ANNOYED that I asked if they knew approximately WHEN they'd receive my medication? She acted ANNOYED, did NOT bother to answer me & then DISGUSTEDLY yelled out ACROSS the Pharmacy to another staffer & said THIS lady wants to know about a BACKORDER! At that point, I called Courtney out for her unprofessional behavior (I was NICE but honest) & asked to speak w/a pharmacist. Courtney didn't bother to apologize AFTER I explained her rudness. The Pharmacist said she must've forgotten to TEXT me to INFORM me about the backorder. I explained that NOT being informed of the backorder of a script I've been on for yrs was bad enuf however, Courtney's rudeness & POOR customer service skills made it even worse. Instead of apologizing FOR her STAFF person since Courtney wasn't about to, she just blew it off. This is NOT the SAME GREAT Pharmacy & STAFF it ONCE WAS & I will NOT be back

    Have always had a great experience with this pharmacy face-to-face, but when it comes to calling them about any inquires over the phone, answering staff is always short-responded, annoyed, and quick to end the call.
