They are under staffed. The wait time is an hour. TT Hen when you try to call, there phones don't work. Terrible.

Ten stars if possible! Lauren, the tech was amazing and calm and patient with my five year old with Down syndrome who needed multiple xrays. Clean professional facility, kind staff. Will definitely be coming here anytime my daughter or family needs imaging done!

Find somewhere else. The Staff here are:
- abusive
- rude
- condescending
- judgemental
- disrespectful
- ignorant and naive
- liars
Had a staff member introduce herself as a Radiologist that went to UCF when in fact she was an X-ray Technologist (don't call her an x-ray technician, she'll get angry) that went to Keiser NEAR UCF. She also talks down to colleagues because they don't have the certifications she has and shares stories of what she refers to as "nightmare patients"... being a patient of hers must be a nightmare. Behavior like this is unacceptable in an environment designed to help people.
