I was referred by the emergency room physician to this doctor for a medical emergency I had over the weekend.
They asked me to follow up with a urologist.
The person who schedules appointments was extremely rude, uncaring, and completely unprofessional.
This isn’t how a receptionist speaks to a new patient who’s in need of a urologist.
She had ZERO empathy.
Stating the doctor is booked solid until October. We are now in the middle of August.
Seriously, if you’re in urgent need of a urologist and are new to this office do yourself a favor and call another doctor (who’s staff actually cares that you are in serious pain).

I have been seeing Dr. Havkin for approx. 15 years. I have no desire to look elsewhere. His professionalism is what keeps me coming back.
