Was seen back in July and a few weeks later set the bill up to pay from my bank account right away. Two months went by and they still had no record of the bill being paid. I spoke to them and told them they should have received the check from the bank. They continue to send me late notices so I called them once again and they told me they could not show any payment being made so I just paid them over the phone. A week later they had also cashed the check that they received from the bank. I then told them about the error and was informed it could take up to 6 months for them to send me back the over payment. Unbelievable!

The staff there is so rude. I didnt finish asking questions and she hang up on me.
