Terrible terrible terrible receptionist used to be the ones to answer the phone and now they don't even do their job this so-called call center is terrible waiting on the phone for 30 more plus minutes even almost an hour to wait for somebody and I never even get a chance to speak to somebody I had to go in to make an appointment God forbid you need to change the time when we schedule or have an emergency getting there won't be able to tell them anything because you're waiting on hold for long periods of time without any answers they need a better phone system or yet a better answering system and get these receptionists to start doing their job because I'm sitting there

Just sat on hold for nearly a hour, can never get anyone on the phone to make a appointment, they need a better phone/answering system

I called at exactly 8am and was put on hold for a long time. When I did finally get someone she talked to me for a minute and hung up on me. Now I've called 4times just to be put on hold for long times. No one came to the phone. I finally got on the call back list which I don't like to do because I either don't get a call back for hours or not at all. You need a better system.

Great friendly service. Everyone is very careful and helpful. The doctor was great trying to diagnose my symptoms.
