My PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR asked why I was there and said she can’t help me. Find a doctor who realizes what their title actually means and CARES about their patients. It ain’t here!!!! Update. I took another chance and am glad I did. BHA has helped me over the past year or two and I have an awesome PCP. Jennifer Colasacco ARNP cares ,listens,and follows through with what plan she thinks will best help me. Wide range of knowledge in general and specialties. Greatful I stayed with BHA.

Called then brought kids in they put all of the kids in one area these are children between new born and 13 .we explained about our covud exposure and having symptoms. It's 5:09 now and we came at 2:16 and still haven't been seen . This is unacceptable how they don't even care about the kids.

In office visits are great but trying to talk to anyone on the phone about making appointments or trying to question test results is horrible!!! As I type this I’m still on hold just to talk to someone and it’s already been 47 minutes of waiting!!! Unbelievable!!!

I cannot get the medical records sent to my sons new doctor or school. Every time I call I wait over an hour sometimes 2 hours before getting through to someone. Not to mention when i do get through I'm told something different every time. I cannot get my son a school phyical without these records and it's now the second week of school!!!!!!!! Yesterday I was told records were sent to school nope school didnt recieve them. And today they have recieved the request when the doctor and school has sent it twice. I can't imagine how many others are going through this right now. These poor kids
