321 Family Dental was Amazing !! Ive been to Multiple Dental office and the service they provided me here was unmatched!! Jessica was The very Best Dental Assistant, The cleaning she provided made my teeth smile!! Very Proud new customer!!

I was referred here by the BHA. I live in SE Palm Bay so I pass many dental offices to get to 321 Dental. I have been very happy with how the office staff has helped me with the financial aspect. And Dr Eley has been great not only with his work but also his bedside manner. I'll continue to make a 40 min trip to visit my new dental office.

Great dentist with the best hygienist, Jessica! So thoughtful, caring, conscientious, knowledgeable, funny and full of spirit! Such a welcoming atmosphere every time I arrive! Its like theyve known me years :) highly recommend a visit to Dr Joel and Jessica!

I cannot fully express how happy Ive been with 321 Family Dental. Everyone is so nice, caring, and they put me at ease every time I have an appointment. Dr. Eley is very thorough, and doesnt mind my questions. Jessica; she is a rock star. I am a super anxious patient due to my sensitive teeth and she always takes her time to make sure I am okay throughout the process. Janine at the front desk always makes me smile. She cracks me up! Ill be honest, the dentist is not my favorite place to go; but at least I know I will be taken care of when I go here. Would highly recommend for kids as well. Our whole family goes here!

Alena was The dental assistant who helped place the crown on my number three tooth and she scanned the tooth so well that the dentist, Dr. Joel ELEY told her that she did a great job! This is the first time that I have heard a doctor comment to an assistant that she did a great job. This says a lot about the doctor and his practice they believe in rewarding their employees with their emotional intelligence! Great company and they treated this veteran with outstanding customer service support!
