This place is by far the best place to get a cell phone! They have the newest phones and they gave me over $1000 dollars when I switched to Sprint. I got a tv that I gave to my dad too! They said I get $125 more when we upgrade just for going to best buy!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Best Buy Mobile location. The way in which I was treated by not only the employee working behind the desk (Rebecca), but also the manager of the store (Danielle) was outrageous. Neither I, nor anyone I know will ever shop at Best Buy again. My friend and I were looking at iPad prices at the Verizon store, which is located near the Best Buy Mobile in the mall. Due to an apparent price difference for the iPad at these two stores, my friend, myself, and the gentleman from Verizon walked over to the Best Buy Mobile to get some information. The Verizon worker was talking with Rebecca about their iPad prices and I was on the phone with a family member. Rebecca seemed to be speaking to me and since I was on the phone and unable to hear what she said, I politely said, "excuse me?" She instantly snapped, "I was NOT talking to you!" I stood there speechless and in shock and then continued with my phone call. In the mean time, my friend observed that Rebecca and Danielle (employee and manager) were looking at me and making rude comments about me to each other. We walked back to the Verizon store and finished our business. On our way out of the mall, we returned to the Best Buy Mobile and I asked the two women for their names, which they reluctantly gave me. They asked me why I wanted their names in a very rude and condescending manner, to which I responded that I was uncomfortable with the way I was treated by them and I planned to make a formal complaint. Instead of the standard professional response, which would be something like, "I apologize for your frustration," the manager responded in a very condescending tone with "Nobody was rude to you, you don't know what you're talking about." As my friend and I proceeded to leave the store, Rebecca began taking photos of us on her personal cell phone. I told her that I did not consent to this and I requested that she delete the photos from her phone. Danielle sharply said, "Oh yeah? Guess what? I don't consent to you standing in my store." Again, I asked that Rebecca remove the pictures from her cell phone and then Danielle called the mall security in an attempt to have me removed from the store. Obviously, when the security officers realized what was going on, they took my side and gave me complaint forms to fill out. They were just as disgusted and outraged at these women as I was. I called the corporate Best Buy number and made a complaint, but I felt that this incident was so extreme that a review was appropriate as well. I cannot even imagine how such immature and unprofessional individuals were even hired. How can someone be that rude to a customer for absolutely no reason and then pull out their personal phone and take photos of the customer? And if that isn't bad enough, how can a manager be so childish, rude, and ridiculous? I honestly have my doubts that Danielle is really a manager; she may have just said that to make herself look like she had some type of authority. I understand that everyone, including myself, has bad days and people may not always be as polite as expected, but this incident was completely over the top: it was outrageous and disgusting. I have been a customer of Best Buy for years. I have purchased multiple flat-screen TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, and many more electronics from Best Buy in the past. I have a Best Buy Elite Membership. However, after being subjected to the verbal abuse, rudeness, and condescending attitudes of these ridiculous and unprofessional workers, myself and those in my circles will never shop at Best Buy for anything again.

Going in to order the phone was simple. They called me to set up an appointment to pick up my phone, but when I showed up, my phone wasn't there! I had to rearrange my schedule to fit their availability. What a waste.
