Five star service is what it is all about. I know I am a small account for Jeff & his team but if I have an issue with one of my computers they treat my business like we are we are their only client. Over the weekend I discovered a drive on my computer was not showing up. I emailed BCTS on Sunday and on Monday, Jeff was at my office with a replacement drive. Who does that? Jeff, Oliver, Nicole and the rest of team at BCTS. That's who.
