The property is well appointed and the units are very nice. The location is also quite convenient for shopping and dining and travel. Maintenance team is great and timely as well. Admin team seems nice enough but really don’t have any leniency or understanding for extenuating circumstances regarding regarding any rent payments. Even when their communication falls through the cracks, you’re responsible. Expect a nice place to live but don’t expect much help if you have any issues they need to address.

I moved out of the Havens and 3 1/2 months ago. I lived there for 3 years and was pretty disappointed with my entire experience. That’s beside the point. I was hit with a move out fee, which I expected and I am 100% trying to pay. I am not exaggerating when I say, since i got my final bill I have realistically called the havens 30-40 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME it reroutes me to the calling center, where they tell me “I will leave a message for them that you are trying to contact them. I now just got a precollections notice… FOR A BILL I AM TRYING TO PAY. I do not live in the area anymore, I cannot just walk in and deal with this. So disappointed with this. Do yourself a favor, there are better places to live that are each same price or cheaper in that area. Stay away from here.
