This Beefs is conveniently located for lunch during the work week so we have attempted to give the benefit to this location a few times (heard that management changed over its course). Each time we give it a try, we are reminded why we take our business elsewhere. Poor service, cold and late food and today we add moldy bread to the list of reasons why we are not going to return. This is what you should expect if you go to this location. As far as trying to speak with management, she avoids all responsibility, rolls her eyes. We're not expecting 5-star service from a place like this, but it's absolutely rediculous how they treat their customers. Not to mention the food isn't all that great anyway.

Dont ask for milk shake it takes 3 houres and she tryed to charge me for it when I did not get it I called management and they did nothing.. VERY VERY POOR

I saw a roach in there yesterday :/ i can never eat there again! Sooo gross and it's night like it was one of those giant palmeto bugs it was a german cockroach, now you know if you see one of those there are millions! MILLIONS! sooo gross blah luckly it was after i ate.

I was recently at Beefs on Thursday Night the and was Very impressed with all the changes. New servers, New Managment, Just lots of smiling faces. Very upbeat experiance. Server (Cherie) was very informative and suggested good options. Definately going back again!!! See You Soon!
