    Had a guy come out and start changing parts to never get my system up and running charged me $125 for diagnostic fee but never diagnosed anything then sent me a list of things he thought it could be not one of those is what was wrong with it run far away.

    One of their employees, Andrew came to my house today because my Air Conditioning was not working. I had never had any dealings with Extreme Air and Electric before and did not know what to expect. I had called 3 companies before this one including Brevard - who told me that they were booked for today, but they could come tomorrow for a $95.00 home visit on a weekend. I told them i'd keep looking. I think Extreme Air (& E) was my 4th call. The phone was answered very politely and my information taken by a nice young lady. She said they probably could not get to my house until 6-8 p.m - I told her that was fine. Much to my surprise, I received a text very shortly after that - letting me know that the repairman was on the way. They also sent a picture of Anthony so that i would know what he looked like (EXTREMELY nice touch - that way - no worries) Anthony arrived shortly thereafter, and I liked him right away. He was courteous, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing and set to work right away. I can't say enough about this guy. He went above and beyond - even letting me know that there was a gap outside my house where the AC unit was in the siding - so it was not completely closed off - meaning small animals could get in and took a picture of it for me - then emailed it to me. I want to thank Extreme Air and Electric, and Anthony for a great first experience with their company. I WILL be using them, and only them, in the future. BTW Anthony - this is Susan - your customer from around 2 p.m. on 8/13/21. A HUGE thumbs-up and a heart-felt thank you. Service: Ductless heating and AC services

    I used Extreme Air & Electric, Inc.'s online booking service to request an electrician for Saturday (8/21/21). I received a text confirming the requested appointment. On Saturday morning I called to get an update on when the electrician would arrive, and I was told that their electricians didn't work on Saturdays, but they could schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon (8/23). I received another text confirmation, this time stating that the electrician would be at my house on 8/23. I took off of work for the afternoon of 8/23, and waited at home for a call from the electrician (I was told they would call when 30 minutes away). I used their online chat to try and get an update at 3:30 PM, and was told the main office would be contacting me within 30 minutes with an update. When I didn't receive that update by 4:00 PM, I called the office myself, only to be told I wasn't on the schedule, but that they could put me on the schedule for the next day (8/24). At this point, I told them not to bother, as I would rather start over with a different company.
