Eric our salesman, installers Derek & Charlie and all the office staff and technicians are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am an aerospace engineer, retired military pilot and have worked in the construction industry. Over the last 10 years I have contracted with several large and small HVAC companies throughout Central and North West Florida and Southern Georgia for several properties I have owned. This was a full HVAC replacement of our two story beachside home to include demo and removal of all our attic ductwork and new installation of an entire central HVAC system.. Brevard Cooling and Heating has by far been the best experience overall. Starting with their expert and friendly rep Eric and and extra round of negotiations - first and foremost very honest advice and a fair price. The installation team was truly a pleasure to watch - The crew showed up on time, all were very professional, worked with a purpose, and were very efficient - and very proud of their craftsmanship and work. I was throughly impressed with their cohesiveness and their loyalty to their company and brand. They promptly finished their work and were diligent in ensuring all was cleaned up as their lead tech tested the system. The job was completed in less than 8 hours. A custom drip pan and cutoff switch was installed two weeks later as promised. Just waiting on the country inspection. After a vast search on Google for the best rated AC installers, I found Brevard Cooling & Heating. Over the past 3 years I have had used friends recommendations and NONE of them passed my eyeball test. I called to get a quote for a new system as I personally felt my 5 year old system that came with the house was too small and was told in Dec by another company the felt my outside unit that 5 years old must have a leak (Eyeball test I guess?) The next day after calling Brevard Cooling & Heating, Eric arrived and what a delight. EXTREMELY knowledgeable. His 30 years experience shows when with his answers. He was able to show me WHY my current system was .5 too small and why it was struggling (Vaulted ceilings, 1900sf has only a 3ton). I had a price in my head and asked for some estimates. No matter what question I had, Eric had the answer of the WHY. I chose the system Eric recommend with a 12 year full warranty, and the price was AMAZING. Here is where it gets interesting. Eric has already received half payment, had me scheduled a week out. He then asked if could look over my current system one more time (looking into the suspect leak in the outside coil). Eric CHARGED the system completely back up, did some other Eric magic, only so I would be comfortable for the next week while awaiting my new install and then he would not let me pay him. He didn't have to even look at it, and he did, WOW. Yesterday was my install. GREAT communication with Derek about his arrival time. Derek explained everything that would happen. Collin was able to into places in my attic no others ever could. Zach is a newer guy on the crew, but he also is extremely knowledgeable and just great human to talk to. I sat the majority of the time in the garage and talked with Derek, watching him orchestrate his crew. He runs a very professional crew, my garage was cleaner than he arrived. I do not ever leave reviews, but this warrants it. Don't waste your time with other AC companies in Brevard, just use Brevard Cooling & Heating! We called from an advertisement in local paper for a third quote for a new HVAC unit. So glade we did. Eric was very professional and gave an informational presentation of options and equipment available. All promises were kept or exceeded. Installation crew was on time, called ahead, professional, worked with integrity, cleaned up all waste after installation. Passed Building Inspection and we would highly recommend this company.
