They completed my roof but destroyed my gutters and tiles. They said they would be back and fix it all and that was October 2020, I recommended them to my neighbor and they have totally destroyed his roof. I was there today the roof still isn't finished and now he has a huge leak in his bedroom. I feel so guilty for recommending them and never will again. Service: Roof installation

I hired Soza Roofing in Medley for a leaking I had in my roof around the sky lights and replace the skylights in March 2020 .They were supposed to check for any damaged woods or holes in the roof.They completed the job apparently and gave me 6 months warranty. Before the 6 months were over,I started having leaks again.I called them and they found a hole which they said they fixed, at no cost. When the 6 months were over it started getting water leaking again in the same area. Evidently they did not check well for rotten wood, now my walls started to get mold. I called them in Nov 2020, they came, inspected and I never heard from them again. (I called several times)To me that is irresponsible of them. They did not do a good job to begin with in March. Now I had to call another company and they found a huge section around the skylights with complete rotten wood and the sky lights had to be sealed again as they were not sealed properly. I will never call Soza Roofing again because they did a rotten job in my house.(I have pictures showing the rotten wood they should have checked and repaired in the first place)

Where do I start? I learned about Soza Roofing Corp thru my adjuster who recommended this company. I reached out to them for an estimate to do my roof. Mr. Eddy Soza came to the house; he was on time, very professional and helpful explaining and answering all my questions . I received the estimate in writing as promised. I was also in communication with Kelvin Soza. It felt like family. We agreed to the price and terms and Mr. Soza returned for the signing and provided us with more information about the process. Soon after their workers came to start the job. They called me in advance to let me know. They were so careful around the property, covered the pool and even my neighbor's yard to protect from debris (I live in a zero lot), The job went very smooth, passed all the inspections first time. They finished and my husband and I couldn't be happier with this company and our new roof. There was never materials or debris left around. Their team of workers were quiet and very polite. I am very pleased with their work and feel lucky to have found them.
