Shut the water off without any notice. No email or phone call or at least a knock on the door when the guy was on my property to do the shutoff. Now without water all day. Also have ha disses with the water being off all day because the city main water pipe burst. And they had a boil water alert all in the few months I've lived here. Never had any issues with OUC in Orlando so I really hope Mascotte can fix this. Hard being without water all day. Hoping they make it over soon to turn water back on. Already made payment over the phone because they lhey locked my interwnt account sign ln
