For the most part this was a decent place to live. Everything was fine for momths with no issues. Maintenance saved my apartment from flooding and was very fast about it. However when it came time for my lease to end i was asked if i woulf like to renew it. I told them yes and that id like to renew for 12 months. They told me they would write up the paperwork and then 3 days later I was served an eviction notice because apparently someone in corporate decided they want my apartment. So the place is great as long as nobody in the company decides they want what you pay for. I'm gonna be homeless now and possibly have to rehome my pets. Thanks soundview.

I have been trying to contact them for a week and once someone picked up they hung up immediately and then wouldn’t answer after I called. Very ridiculous

We lived here for a year and a half. This place can't be beat, only reason we are moving is because we bought a house. I will miss the VERY quick maintenance. They are responsive to every request, big or small. Patricia, the property manager, is very responsive to emails and has an open door policy when in the office. You can pay rent online and put in maintenance requests online. The whole place is pet friendly, small dog park and play ground. Fire pit. Access to the sound. Has a porch/balcony with outdoor storage. Overall a clean and quiet place.
