While entertaining a collegue I decided to take her here. She was amazed by the beauty of the grounds especially the view. Dinner was delicious and very well priced. I cannot thank you enough for making me look great!

Excellent stay. The staff was very friendly, rooms were top notch, and the food was that of a top restaurant. Oh, and yoga on the grass isn’t bad either!

Stayed 4 nights at Eau Palm Beach for business. Room, food, staff & hotel as a whole were wonderful, but the WiFi would only really allow one device to connect with room credentials. As soon as another device connected, the first would quit and not be able to connect again (i.e. phone on wifi & connect laptop, phone loses signal / can't connect again). Support was able to reset it, but still could only get service on one device. Just not the most viable solution to call and switch when using multiple connected devices. Not usually something that would impact my stay rating, but in this instance the stay was for Business so connectivity did matter somewhat. Would recommend if considering for vacation stays!

After leaving a review about how terrible this resort’s hospitality was, GM Tim continues to impress with his lack of a brain. My review was mostly a test to see if there would be any apology for the poor service and terrible amenities during construction, yet Tim decides, once again, to snap back instead of take ownership. My sister had her wedding at this resort, and was in tears because of how poorly the wedding was run. The response from the resort’s General Manager? “I don’t have time to talk to the bride”. Interesting when writing a massive check. Tim even then called my father to apologize for his moronic tendencies, yet his hot headed insecure self decided to further fire back. A true shame. When all of these games are put aside, the resort is in rough shape. The pool gutters were filled with trash like a motel on the Jersey shore and the entirety of the grounds is covered in construction vehicles. Visit for sure, just in 2023 when they are finished. Finally, an honest review of the Eau. Pronounced “Oh”, as in “oh I shouldn’t stay there”. Cheers, Jeff
