        I arrived 15 minutes early to my first appointment and waited in the opened outdoor hallway with other patients as the front doors were locked. My scheduled appointment stated 730, but was told the day before doors open at 8. The sign on the door shows 830am business hours. A little after 8 I knocked on the door but received no answer. I call the central office and they put me on hold while they try to reach the office but were unable to reach them. I drove almost an hour with traffic so was very discouraged and disappointed will not recommend based on this lack of respect for other's time. Again, other patients were caught by surprised. They stayed waiting outside (I think).
