I very much, would like to give my agent, Helen Haynie, an enthusiastic positive review! I'm sure, she put more effort into helping me with my homeowners insurance than anybody could reasonably expect. After hours telephone conversations and working with me during a holiday weekend to solve, what was to be, a deadline weekend for me. Citizens required a new roof. I contracted, in April, with John Scott roofing. The availability of roofing material pushed the project into June. John Scott was able to find an alternative to the shingle, we selected, and installed the roof last week. With that, there was only a couple of days, to satisfy Citizens. Helen worked with, above and beyond due diligence, to keep me insured. Thank you Helen!

I am extremely happy with Jo-z Wilder as our State Farm Insurance. They have extremely helpful staff! My agent Jose and the rest of the staff are always courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Jose is the best! He always go above and beyond to assist me and my morgage campany when I was processing the second house he is very pleasant to work with, friendly and professional, patient, and helpful. I could not ask for a better person to help me. On behalf of all the happy people you've helped, we appreciate you guys! It's always a pleasure working with the best. This are the kind of people who truly can change your life just by reaching out to them. The happy feeling they make you feel knowing they are handling the bussines you reach out for is truly truly exceptional, the above and beyond service I recieved is amazing. They respond late in the evening and early in the morning like they work 24/7. What a great experience with remarkable service. This are the employees worth deserving raised and praises. Thank you guys for the being there for us when we needed you to get things done! Words can't explain, but we need people like them. Truly dedicated, professional people and make you feel connected like you matter to them the minute they start working with you. I recommend this place to anyone.
