I have hired several companies to clean my house and none of them had met my expectations, I have been with my team cleaners for more than two years and I love it, they are responsible, hard-working people and the most important thing for me they are very honest

Horrible! Horrible! Chris was screaming at my wife when she called because nobody showed up to clean at the scheduled time. They told my wife 9Am and we were ready for them, and nobody came. My wife called at 9:30 and Chris told her it would be ten. My wife works from home and we have animals that we have to keep in a room while our house gets cleaned. We never received an email or text and this has happened several times. They are also not flexible, they won’t work with your schedule, you have to work with their’s-so good luck if you need your house cleaned before a holiday, it’s like pulling teeth.But the thing I’m more upset is how Chris and the customer service team screamed at my wife. He threatened to cancel our service and the very day we needed it as they haven’t been out to clean our house in a month because Chris refused because of their schedule. He wouldn’t let her talk and was absolutely rude to her. He berated her and it was very abusive. My wife has an autoimmune disease and can’t clean. If we could, we would but we can’t. We depend on cleaning services and pay good money but we don’t accept rudeness, nastiness, changing times and screaming and not being able to express how we feel. This was beyond abuse- worst customer service ever. He does take ownership for his screw ups. I plan on taking legal action as to well he was on the phone. The Better Business Bureau will be getting a call from me. In the meantime, we were lucky to have another cleaning company come today. We told them about what happened and apparently, we were not the only ones who had a bad experience with My Team Cleaners. They have been getting business from very unhappy clients. So, if you want your house clean, have them come on time, let you know about things at least 24 hours, and they don’t scream at you- this is not the company! 😡😡😡 Service: Standard clean
