CARSTAR Q-Collision

Q-Collision is a helpful, honest and good company to work with. I have been "lucky" enough in the last 3.5 months to bring my vehicle to him twice to get repaired. They are open to answer questions, answer and talk to you calmly no matter how many questions you have. I went through their report to make sure I understood since it was going through insurance. When you pull in, they are BUSY with a zillion cars, but the delay in getting your car fixed is not them, but getting your parts. My first time was quick, but this time took longer than they hoped and that was a manufactured delay. I will always bring my car here if anything in the future should happen. You need to trust this body shop, you will be in good hands. Finding a trustful place is very difficult these days and I am so happy I found one. LSD - CX9 :)

Q-Collision is the ONLY Collision Repair shop you should be going to in the Tampa Bay area! I highly recommend Ben, at Q-Collision. I typically only spend time writing negative reviews after a horrible experience, so for me writing a good review only comes with EXTREME satisfaction. After an accident that caused $13,000 worth of damage to my vehicle, I had to find an auto collision repair shop to deal with. Ugh....but as with everything I do when making a decision/selection/purchase, I read reviews. Q-Collision had THE BEST reviews of any shop in the Tampa Bay area, so Q-Collision it was. I definitely don't regret making the choice, either. Ben was always VERY professional, responsive, polite, kind, helpful, down-to-earth, trustworthy and very cute! (met him when picking up my vehicle). My vehicle was not drivable and needed to be towed, Ben assured me that he would take care of getting it to his shop, and that I didn't have to worry about anything. Ben worked with my auto insurance company well, so insurance/repair aspect was 100% seamless. Ben always answered and/or returned my calls, had a status on the vehicle; AND, he even called to keep me informed of my vehicles progress! Oh, and he listened to a couple of my sob stories! Who does that?!? I was VERY impressed with the service, and most importantly the customer service at Q-Collision. With $13,000 worth of damage, you might imagine the complexity of the repair. I'd say I was MORE THAN impressed with how my vehicle came out! If you are looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism, fantastic customer service and a pristine repair I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ben at Q-Collison. Anyone would be crazy not to leave a 5-Star review for Q-Collision!!!!!
