We had a broken window. They came out the same day, measured and came back the next day to replace the glass. On time for both appointments and professional all the way. If I need any type of glass work in the future they will be my first call.

Called them and they went out the same day . Fixed my sliding glass door like brand new . Came highly recommended and they gave me a great price .I will definitely use them again if and when I have to fix my sliding glass doors again .

Called them at 8pm for emergency window repair and they came within the hour and had it fixed in no time 👍 highly recommend!

I have lived in South Florida for over 40 years and have never dealt with such a disgusting company. They came to replace impact glass in my bedroom, and told me it would take approximately 4-6 weeks for the glass to arrive. About 5 weeks later, they called to make the appointment for the install. The technician showed up and told me they had the wrong size glass, and would need to reorder the correct size. Not a problem-things happen...He put a temporary piece of glass in until the new piece arrived. In the meantime, the technician shattered the original glass all over my entire master bedroom, and just left it there. It took me over 2 hours to get this this vacuumed up. He also left shards of glass everywhere outside in my landscaping and grass. Three weeks later they set an appointment, and cancel the day of that appointment due to rain-there was zero rain in the area, at all! I am promised they would show again that Sunday at 9 AM, and nothing. No phone, no text-zero! Finally, I receive a text message that Monday morning telling me that the technician has been fired, and they have no other technicians that work in my area. Over 2 months later, I am now left with a temporary piece of glass they installed, and not sure where to turn. The owner of the company is Robert Lisboa and neither he nor anyone else will pick up the phone. Again, do not deal with this company. Look somewhere else! I am now following up to the owner Robert's response below, which are all complete lies. I don't think I left out at all that I was told it would take 4-6 weeks like they told me-I clearly stated that above. As far as Robert claiming that he did not shatter glass all over my bedroom and outdoors is a complete lie. I used his shop vac that he gave to me to vacuum glass for over an hour out of my bedroom. He also told me to "F" my cats in a text he sent to me, because I told him that I was concerned that one of my cats would step on the glass. As far as Robert wearing booties-again this is a complete lie. He did not have any botties, and I gave him plastic bags to tie around his feet. As I said before, and this is the complete truth-they cancelled 1 appointment because of rain-there has not been 1 drop of rain in my area in a month. They did not show up to the next appointment at all-no calls or texts. The final time I heard from them was that they had fired the technician, and they no longer have technicians working in the area. This was the best lie of all. The technician is Robert-the owner! He is the person that shattered glass everywhere, told me to "F" my cats, didn't show up for 2 appointments. I'd like to know how they fired him. Again, they are incompetent and should not even have a business license. I would not be surprised if all of these reviews they have are friends or family to make them look good. They did not aim to please, nor did they go above and beyond with anything except to turn this into a complete disaster for 2 months. That, they are fantastic at! Service: Window repair
