I moved to Loxahatchee from Boynton Beach and wanted my allergy shots transferred here. The first day took 2+ hours and included a lot of time just waiting for who knows what. It was decided that I will continue to get the serum mixed by my previous allergist. Today I was told I have to order the serum from my previous dr and go pick it up myself and bring it here. Today I brought my remaining serum vials with me for them to administer my shots. I have been getting these shots for 5+ years and there is zero chance of any reaction. The staff here have major attitude and act as if they are doing you a great favor. Only two people there were friendly, Ellie and Irma. After I received my shots and was about to leave, I was told I have to wait 30 minutes. I refused, was forced to sign a waiver and left, then got a call from them saying that their policy is that patients must wait 30 minutes and will not accept the waiver. So I have to get my own serum, go there just for them to inject me and pay them $ for this and then sit for 30 minutes? Ridiculous
