This seems to be a scam idk, but I called logical plumbing because I have a clog somewhere, so when I called the office they didn't really have anything available until they found out I lived right down the street from them and then she said they could be here within the hour. As soon as the guy got here he told me three times about a $75 service call they have to collect before they do anything. So I already started thinking something was weird because he kept bringing up the $75 and telling me he has to collect it before anything . then they come back with a price offer over $600....so I told them that price seems ridiculous but he sure collected the $75 real quick and left So i called another plumber & he came out and did it the same day for $250, so yes now I for sure feel like they came out here just to get a quick $75 because they have to know that price is absolutely ridiculous, so I definitely don't recommend this company

Only issue was permit. They didn't open one and said they don't normally. Then was told I would have to request it. Also was told the charge for that is normally $500.00 dollars. Shocked. They completely changed out the plumbing in my home with pex. No issues with the work other than they don't complete any drywall after cutting it. Which was weird. In the attic there is like a way to walk through the attic and now the plumbing is in the middle of that walkway blocking it and making it hard to get access to the rest of the attic.

We used Logical Plumbing for a full kitchen remodel. They were great. showed up when they said they would. The on-site plumbers were generous with advice and extremely qualified.

They were later than expected, however the gentleman showed up and was super nice and got down to business and fixed a laundry room pipe leak quick! More than fair price

Thank you nathan and logical for helping us out on Thanksgiving when our house was backed up. We were worried because it was a holiday but the pricing was fair and the service was exceptional. will recommend to all
