We bought a replacement for our entry door. Original estimate for installation was April (5 months). Received call in February (2 monthe)for installation. Installer arrived and said door was wrong width (2 inches too wide). IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone in office to resolve issue. Went to office and found women outside on a smoking break. She was only one in office. Gave her details and she called corporate office, which contacted me. Installer arrived week later with same door (installer mis-measured door). Install completed in 4 hours. Could not get county inspector due to another problem with the office which I had to resolve with the county. Very happy with the product, but their office is VERY frustrating to work with.

We are contractors who worked for this company in Missouri in 2018, 2919, 2020 and 2021. I need my 1099 for my taxes and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Everyone we had numbers for is not answering or has been disconnected and their headquarters number is a call center! Where is everyone??? Seems they are hiding from all of us.

We had our windows replaced with a high end energy efficient windows.
Barry and CJ did a fantastic job installing the windows in my house. Clean, efficient, professional and friendly.
The windows are top notch and look great.
Shutters are easy to install and the cost was very reasonable.
Will use Sears Home Improvement for any new Renovations we plan.
