We are so happy that we met Miguel, the owner of this company, Keep It Clean He came to evaluate our carpets on Friday, March 10, 2023, for cleaning and noticed some damage that would only get worse if he: one, used his machines on the area rugs, and two, would disrupt the mold that he immediately noticed at the corner of our carpets, going around all the baseboards edges. Not worrying about losing business, he said we need to take up this carpet. That is someone, looking out for his customers best interests!! He educated us on not disturbing the mold if we couldnt take up the carpet yet, as he instructed, and gave us tools and product suggestions that could help care for the carpet in the mean time. We were so impressed and grateful for his knowledge and advice. Hes not afraid to share good tips with you, the customer, a very secure person in my eyes, not threatened to give others help, even if he cannot get your business. He is an honest man, and could have taken us for a ride by taking our money and he didnt!!! We found his character to be most appealing and we will be forever grateful for his help in assessing our carpet and actually explaining the health problems that we could be experiencing with having moldy carpet. We are grateful for his expertise and forthrightness!! We recommend his services wholeheartedly. We think if you want an honest business owner, to get services from, Miguel is your man!!
