I went into the store about 20 minutes before closing and as I walked in someone working behind the counter and not wearing an O'Reilly Auto Parts shirt immediately said to me and my son "waiting for the last minute to come in". As a paying customer I shouldn't be treated that way and I felt insulted by this person. Also I ask him if he speaks Spanish and he said "no I live in America", again being rude, insulting and in my opinion racist. I think he was either the manager or even the owner because this person did not care about his actions. I will never buy anything in an Oreilly Autoparts store ever again and will tell my friends and other about this.

Went in to return something and the cashier was extremely rude and acted like I had no idea what I was doing, saying hes never seen the receipt I had ever before. It was an online order from a different store and he questioned me why I came into their store to return it, why does that matter I was doing my errands and it was on the way, I had a different cashier help me in the end he was actually in uniform unlike the man who was helping me before.
