Every-time you come here for service, there is always an issue. Whatever the reason is, these ppl waste so much customer time thats its beyond comprehension. Lies, last minute changes, blame it on you is their amo. In the end, you as a customer bought a high end car with worse than mom/pop customer experience. No one pays attention after they have sold the car. Terrible.

WORST SERVICE ...COULDNT FIX THE ISSUE ..KEEP GOING BACK AGAIN AND AGIAN TO FIX THE SAME ISSUE

When I stepped in with my dad to receive help about a question, theres nobody at the front desk so we walked to the lobby waiting room where we found 2 Tesla service workers chatting to each other, we walked up to them and wasnt greeted nor acknowledge they made side eye contact (very aware were customers and need help) and continued to have their conversation, I had to step out of character a little and force them to help us, if I can give a 0 I would and if any higher ups are reading this, we deserve a better customer experience

Really not a good experience Three trips to get the same problem fixed, no communication or records from each service, car was brought to Tesla completely detailed and cleaned I got it back looking like it been in a field for months very disappointed
