I have an old house which needed a pipe repair after the Christmas 2022 cold terror.  I thought I had researched Live Oak plumbing companies to find the best one but turned out not to be.  The ad for Live Oak Plumbing and the review led me to believe they were the best for the broken frozen pipe I had.  When I called them, a recorded message stated they only do new home repair. not any of the other things they advertised.  Needless to say I had to find somebody else quick as it has already been several days with no running water.  Will not be doing business here, but don't know how they are for new homes.

We called them to install a new shower head and unfortunately we did not get the shower head first the plumber came out did not have one on his truck he said so he looked at it and told us he would get the part and come back. Anyway he came back with the shower head installed it and was here less than a hour and charged us 289.00 he charged us over 100 for the day he came out and did nothing but look at it. First off if you use this service make sure you got the part before they come so you dont get charged for two days of labor. Service: Faucet installation

I called for a Cleanout valve job and was told by the answering machine that they do not do residential work.
