Apex Medical Lasers

A friend of mine recommended joe parker at apex medical for repairs and replacements. I contacted him to help repair o Cynosure Vectus. He charged us for the visit before looking at the machine which I thought was weird. He also does not take credit cards, so we had to wire the money. He came to our place, spent 10 minutes looking at the machine, left without saying anything. After calling him a few times, he quoted the repair at an astronomical price. Basically stole the 150 we paid for the visit. Do not recommend this guy. When confronted he is immediately rude and aggressive, casually saying we could try with another company if we didn’t like his service, obviously when he had already collected our money!!

The website says the company has hundreds of employees but really your just dealing with Joe Parker out of a UPS store, no office, no warehouse. Sold me a second hand radiofrecuency hand piece for an Alma Accent machine that did not work well. It did turn on and heat up, but we started noticing customers were complaining about the quality of the results. This happened two weeks after receiving the hand piece from Mr. Parker. When we talked to him about what was going on, he immediately dismissed our complaints and sated the handpiece was working perfectly when he installed it. Never came to look at it, and obviously we never got our money back.

We just purchased a Palomar Vectus 3 weeks ago from Joseph at Apex medical lasers. We wanted to publicly state what a great experience we had with Joseph and his wonderful staff.
